Why you Should Buy a Quality Cast Iron Griddle

As with just about anything, when shopping for kitchen tools and equipment, you will be presented with 2 basic choices, cheap and expensive. Cheap is cheap for a reason. It is of lesser quality and costs less to make. Expensive tools are expensive for any number of reasons, usually either they are better quality, from a better name brand, or are just overpriced.
When it comes to shopping for a cast iron griddle, you need to bypass the cheap griddles but you still need to decipher between the higher priced high quality items and the higher priced yet still cheap items. I find the best way to do this is to think of past experiences with brands and read honest reviews. Shop around before making a purchase.
