What can I do for heroin withdrawal

I would like to tell every one today what they can do for heroin withdrawal. I would say to get in touch with your inner self and be sure that you are spiritually fit before launching this endeavor.
If we are not spiritually fit we will fail from jump street. I would try praying to your higher power yes I said higher power without one we are doomed to relapse even if we make it through our heroin withdrawal.

I refer to my higher power as God you can use whichever higher power you want just use one. Once you get your ducks in line and have everything you need to stop using heroin then go ahead and give it a go.
