What Are the Benefits of Flax Seed?

What with everybody eating so healthy and nutritious these days, or at least some of us are.  And if you can believe half of what goes on in the media, to may even be more than that.  Flaxseed is one of those little morsels of food that have all kinds of healthy nutritional goodness and them.  Not the least of that being omega 3 mega three fatty acids, to make for good antioxidant and other anti-cancer benefits. Flaxseed has even been attributed, with healthier skin and helping to cure acne from those teenagers who seem to have such a problem with the skin condition.  Flaxseed doesn’t really have a whole lot of taste to it, which is kind of nice because it means you can mix it in with all kinds of other things you can eat.  One of my favorite ways to have it, is mixed in with a little can of other on English muffins in the morning.  It actually makes up in a better a little more crunchy, which is the way I like it.  You can also sprinkle flaxseed on your salad bar in your cereal.  All in all the benefits of flaxseed far away in any inconveniences normally associated with expensive health food supplements.
