Vinyl Records are Coming Back

It hasn’t been too long ago hat we saw vinyl records disappearing from the shelves of records stores to make room for 8-tracks, cassettes, and then CDs. As the digital era progressed we thought that LPs would become a thing of the past…amedium strictly for nostalgia and collectors. But surprisingly, LPs are beginning to make a comeback.
Why is this you ask? Well, it seems that quite a number of the recording artists as well as audiophiles have come to the realization that although there are a lot of benefits o digital recording, something is being lost in the digitization process. Primarily “The Sound”. A digital recording is a sampling of the sound whereas an LP recording is one contiguous wave so that nothing is lost. Both the recording artists and the audiophile want their sound back, and they are getting it with a resurgence in LP releases.
