Using Cooking Pans without a Non-Stick Coating
Posted by GuestPoster in -Home and Furnishings
You may have heard of the potential toxicity of nonstick coating on cooking pans. If you have ever seen scratches or worn down coating on these bands, where do you think it goes? Probably in your food, and if it is toxic, that is not something you want to have to deal with. I’m sure you would like to know that you are eating Teflon.
So if you have to use pans without coating, how you cook when all the food is constantly sticking? Using these types of pans is not only better for you, it can be more flavorful. Using a liquid, such as water or wine, in the pan will help lift up the bits that are stuck to the bottom of the pan that can be very flavorful in your foods and sauces.
