Traditional Witchcraft & Crotius

Traditional Witchcraft is acknowledged and I will have to think about this and how it might be stated. He thought the more laymen term would be magic; however he knew that the student had never visited England and would still like validation of some type. He thought many others would like something they could work with to validate their own truth claim. I think it would be a good idea to have a part on what the Crotius did not do as I assume there are limitations to the situation. Many books speak of Roman governors as boundless and in some regards it was so. However, fate rules us all and Crotius cannot countermand fate. I would have to look but did I not say this? Perhaps I didn’t. If I was not clear I agree I should be. Also, personal ability in governing a province is a HUGE factor.
