There are a few key times to get supplements into your body, to ensure that you can properly gain weight, and keep it on.
As soon as you wake up in the morning is the best time to take creatine. Your body will absorb it best if you consume it within 10 minutes of opening your eyes. Yes, that soon. It isn’t easy, but do it. Within 30 minutes of your workout, take a whey protein shake. Whey is digested quicker than casein, and your body is depleted from the workout. Then, 30 minutes before you go to sleep, take another protein shake. Mix this one with whey and casein proteins, for the slow digestion while you sleep.
