The procedures in performing these intermediate triceps routines are as follow: (1) the Cable One Arm Triceps Extensions is being done by standing in front of a high pulley-enabled machine, holding a one-hand cable, and pulling it downwards until it reaches the thigh; (2) the Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extensions is being done by facing a pulley-enabled machine with your back, attaching the cable rope in the low pulley of the machine, holding the cable, placing it behind your head, and pulling it upwards as you stretched your arms while your elbows are parallel to your head, giving tension to your triceps; (3) the Incline Barbell Triceps Extensions is being performed by lying down in an inclined bench, holding a barbell behind the head and lowering the arms while elbows are locked, parallel to the head; (4) the Smith Machine Close Grip Bench Presses are being executed by lying your back in a smith machine plane bench, grabbing the barbell of the smith machine with hands that are 2 inches apart and extending your arms upwards while elbows are parallel to the sides of your body; and (5) the Low Cable Triceps Extensions is similar with the Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extensions, except that you are lying down in a flat bench.</p>
<p>The next five in the list is comprised of the Seated Bent Over One Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extensions, Reverse Triceps Bench Presses, Kneeling Cable Triceps Extensions, Dips Triceps Version and the Decline EZ Bar Triceps Extensions. The instructions on how to perform these intermediate triceps routines are as follow: (1) the Seated Bent Over One Arm Dumbbell Triceps Extensions is being done by sitting at the end of a flat bench, leaning your body forward, holding a dumbbell in each hand and extending your arms outside while elbows are locked for giving tension to the triceps; (2) the Reverse Triceps Bench Presses is being performed by lying down in a flat bench, holding a barbell with your hands not far apart, and extending your arms upward; and (3) the Kneeling Cable Triceps Extensions is being performed by placing a flat bench near a cable pulley-enabled machine, holding the bar attached to the cable, then kneeling in front of the flat bench, and extending your arms out.</p>
<p>Some of these routines are accompanied and being performed with pre and post routines from the basic level of triceps workout. Overall, these are the routines and equipments under the category of intermediate workout for triceps.</p>
