Steps to lose love handles

When you want to lose weight and especially those hard to get rid of love handles, you have to remember that you didn’t pick that weight up in one day, so you won’t lose it overnight. So if your goal is to get rid of love handles fast, you should be expecting anything too fast. It will take about three months of regular training and eating right to see those love handles say good bye. The important thing to remember is to be motivated, dedicated and to have a well thought out step by step method. Keep on reminding yourself why you are doing it and for who (maybe your loved ones?) Also try to do exercises that you enjoy and learn to like healthy food. Eating six small meals through out the day is much better than eating three big meals and will help you to stay full the whole day. It will also help to keep track of your good and not so good days on a calendar, to see how you are progressing.
