Are repossessed properties tainted? When you are looking for a property to purchase is it fair or right to consider a repossessed property for you and your family to buy with an intention of living within. What of the family who have been forced to move out due to the process of repossession that they have had to experience? Should their imagined experience put you off the purchase of what might be a dream property that would last you and your family for a lifetime? At a price that only two years ago you might never have dreamed you would get away with paying? The fact of the matter is that only you and your immediate family can really answer this question as no two personal situations are the same.
