Shopping for a Bar faucet

Shopping for a bar faucet can be done in local stores or online. If you are planning to shop locally then you should go armed with a few things. Measure the distance between the pre-drilled holes in your sink (if there are more than one). Measure the width of the holes. Take along a ceramic sample of the sink if possible. Or perhaps it is stainless steel, that makes it easy to match up without a sample handy. Bring along any other samples of decor that you have around your bar area that you think may help you in finding a bar faucet. Things like tiles, counter top, cabinet and curtain fabric samples will all come in handy. Take your little package with you to your local hardware or home renovation supply store. There are also kitchen and bath stores which cater specifically to faucets so you may have a lot of selection available there. Use your samples to help you coordinate and find a bar faucet that will suit your space.
