Having a plan to lose weight is easy. You can start shedding pounds within one week. You need to jog or run two to three miles per day. You must have the attitude that you will stick to this plan every day, regardless of rain, snow or shine. Dress accordingly.

The other aspect of the plan is to count calories. If you can keep them under 1000/day while jogging, you’ll be well on your way to looking slim and fit.
