All you need to do is to perform facial exercises regularly and you are good! Here some of these face routines that you can try out.

Exercise #1 – Sit comfortably in a chair. Open your mouth and then move your head as far back as you can. Once you reach your lowest point, begin closing your mouth. Do this opening and closing movement repeatedly and remember to close your mouth tightly for that added stretch.

Exercise #2 – Stand upright, shoulders dropped and eyes looking straight forward. Breathe in and out and just relax. Open up your mouth widely and then push your tongue as far out as you can. Keep that position for a couple of seconds and then return to the initial position. You can also do a variation to this by pointing your tongue upwards while you keep your head straight. You can do as many of this as you like. This is a truly great double chin exercise.

Exercise # 3 – Stand upright, shoulders dropped and eyes looking straight forward. Begin by moving your lower lip as far up as you can. Once you reach the highest point that you possibly can, hold it for a few seconds and then release. Relax for a couple of seconds and then repeat the entire process. If you are doing this routine in front of a mirror, your face will look as if you are grimacing.

Exercise #4 – While in a relaxed standing position, move your head forward and try to touch your chin on your upper chest. Maintain chin and chest contact for a few seconds and move your head back towards the starting point. Repeat at least three times per day.
