Buy a loofah or brush with gentle bristles and massage affected skin in circular motion towards the heart. Instead of sodas, drink lots of herbal teas. Many herbal teas have natural diuretic properties. Good choices are lemon, peppermint, and green tea. Eat more iodine-rich foods, too, like seafood.
