In some restaurants, one of the popular gimmicks is having a visible kitchen. Usually it is covered in glass so you can see how they prepare and cook your food so you can be sure that they are handling it expertly and cleanly. For food establishments which value transparency like this, glass door refrigerators would be very ideal. Glass door refrigerators, as the name suggests has glass doors so you can be able to see what’s inside of your refrigerator without having to open it. Glass doored refrigerators would serve nicely as a display case. You can stock up different kinds of drinks and desserts in them so that your costumers can be able to check out what you have without having to open the refrigerator again and again. Of course, when you have a glass doored refrigerator, it is very important that you keep everything neat and arranged well. Since anybody can see what’s inside of your fridge, you have to make sure that it is not cluttered and that everything is organized inside. A costumer who would see a big mess in your fridge would definitely have second thoughts about eating in your establishment.
Another refrigerator that I highly recommend for food business establishment is the undercounter fridge. This one is most ideal to be placed underneath your bar. You can stock up your different liquors and different wines in them so that your bartender wouldn’t have a hard time trying to access them. Under counter fridges are very ideal for small spaces because of their small sizes, that way you get to utilize whatever space you have instead of wasting them. Also, undercounter refrigerators are very flexible when it comes to design so you wouldn’t have to worry about it coordinating with the over all look of your establishment.
