Qualities of the Best Green Eyeliner

Eyeliners have always been a common fixture in the cosmetic world. It is used by most women and has proven itself useful in times when a makeover is needed. Different colors were introduced to offer consumers additional set of colors to pick from. One of the most common shades women choose is green. With its striking but refreshing feature, this color can strike as something most brazen women would like to wear. The best green eyeliner should possess qualities which can project and emphasize the eyes without causing harm on the skin as well as it should be bought at a quality price.
Shades such as pink, gold, plum and white were also introduced. These different palettes were used as fashion statements by Hollywood actresses as a break from the monotonous shades of black, brown and blue. These shades are out of the usual and therefore take someone daring enough to use and flaunt them publicly. Green eyeliners however, complement women with hazel eyes, as this type of eye usually shifts from a shade of light brown to light green. A deeper shade of green liner can create a mysterious flair to this type of eyes.
Making the eyes appear wider can be remedied with just extending the liner beyond the edges while making a winged-angle on the end. A dash of mascara can open the eyes and therefore can add to the widening effect you wish to achieve. Making the eyes appear smaller on the other hand can be made by thickening a line on the lower lash starting from the middle portion and ending just exactly at the edge. In this way, it can narrow the size of the eyes.
Women who want to desire a deep-seated effect could do well with a dab of eye shadow. Apply a lighter shade of brown (no glitters please!) on the eyelids, spread evenly on the upper portion of the eyes so as to even out the color. Apply thoroughly a liner with a warmer shade such as light brown on the upper lids. Line the lower lids starting from the middle portion while extending toward the edge. If you wish to apply some on the inner portion of the lower lid, use a fine thin stroke so as to make the illusion natural as possible.
Skin care products can be applied on the skin prior to makeup application to even out the skin texture. With just the right amount of makeup, you can attain a natural beauty without overdoing it. Remember, the statement “less is more” holds true with cosmetic use.
