Prom And Formal Dresses

Did you know that prom was first started in the United States, in the 1920′s deep in the south? People all around the world have many different kinds of traditions when it comes to prom. Sometimes, for the most part it kind of the same. All the seniors get dressed up for a long night of great food, dancing and fun. Senior prom is one of the last nights that all the seniors get to spend together, before they go off and start the lives as independent adults. Senior usually go matching with their dates, but not always. If the girl wears a purple dress, the guys will usually wear a purple shirt, and/or tie to match. A lot of the time, the girls spend lots of money to make sure that their formal dresses are unique, and not like anybody else.
