If you are going to be spending a lot of time outside this summer, then it may help to have something that can help you stay cool. Sometimes the cool breeze is good enough for this but often times, you will need more than just the wind to help keep you comfortable. A fan can be okay but it has its limits since all it really does is just push around warm air. This can help, but not on really hot and humid days.
