What is Meal Replacement Diets Plan for a day? Lets take a look below:

Breakfast – Replace your breakfast with one energy cereal meal replacement bars. If you prefer other flavor, can always go for one Chocolate butter meal replacement bars.

Lunch – Replace you luch with low carb but high protein food. If you love rice, make sure you take wheat rice or brown rice caused it consumed lesser carbohydrates. Eat more vegetables, if possible serve it fresh, olive zulchini pepper salad is a good suggestion. For poultry wise, you are strongly encouraged to take white meat like fish and chicken comparing to red meat. Be alert for the method of cooking for food, prefereble if using steam or roasted cooking method

Dinner – Replace your dinner with one full cup nutritious meal replacement shakes. You can insert some fresh fruit puree or low fat soy milk inside but not over quantity. If you prefer to serve it cool, you always aloud to insert ice cube for making it an ice shake, it is much more delicious and intersting.
