Maybe It’s Time To Build A Micro Cabin?

A lot of people have really thought about building a cabin. Most of the time however, they don’t get much farther than thinking about it or dreaming about it. In many cases it’s simply because there are too many obstacles that are standing in their way. One of the major obstacles that often stands in people’s way is trying to get a loan from a bank for such a project.
It can be extremely frustrating trying to get a loan from a bank to purchase undeveloped land to build a cabin on. This is often the reason that people never move past the dream stage of building a cabin. Let me tell you about a man named Michael Long who resides in Portland Oregon. He and his wife have been selling small 2 1/2 acre parcels of Oregon land in Southern Oregon since the mid 1980s. What is neat about the way he does business is that he acts as a zone lending company so if you’ve had a hard time getting a loan from a bank, you’ll have absolutely no trouble getting a loan for Michael. The properties that Michael sells are situated roughly about 30 miles east of the town of Klamath falls.
Like in most places of the United States, the county has a bunch zoning requirements and permits that are required before you can build on the land. There is one exception to the rule. It’s sort of a loophole. You are allowed to build a 200 square foot building without a septic system, a well, or building permits.
Because of the loophole, many people who might not ever have the opportunity to purchase land and build a cabin have the opportunity now. A lot of people purchase land for Michael and build a micro cabin on it. Because these building are under 200 square feet, the county has no problem with them.
The best part about purchasing property from Michael is that he doesn’t do any credit checks. His properties are also very affordable. For 1 to 3 acre parcel, he asks between $9,000 and $25,000. You’ll only be required to come up with about $500 for a down payment and monthly payments average about $175 a month.
If this sounds like a good deal to you and you’d like to know more about this cheap Oregon land, please send an e-mail to blymountain@yahoo.com and Michael will get with you shortly.
