An LLC in Nevada is a good entity to file as long as you do your research before hand. This type of entity (an LLC in Nevada) is one that has to be thought out. It’s not one that you should just go and form because someone told you to from a seminar or because you got a phone call from a sales rep from a Nevada formation company. After all, they all have 1 agenda and that’s to make money. It’s not necessarily to protect your assets or to save you on taxes or to protect your privacy. These are the 3 major things that you want to consider when filing a Nevada LLC. Think it through. It’s really ok to use a firm but just make sure that you always do your research first.
