Is The Cheapest Treadmill A Bargain?

If you are shopping for the cheapest treadmill you can find to improve your fitness at home then you may be in for a shock when you take delivery of your device. This is especially true if you have a lot of experience using treadmills in the gym. You see, home treadmills are generally inferior to there commercial cousins but when you are talking about the cheapest machines in the market there is a huge gulf in quality.
You really need to spend about $400 if you want to get something that will be of any use if you are using the treadmill to run rather than just walk. And you will d well to stay away from manual treadmills which are real cheap in comparison but are best left to runners who are going to use the treadmill as a clothes horse.
