Help, I’v Had Cracked Mouth Corners For 3 Years

I’m a 27 year old woman suffering with nasty-looking, painful mouth corner cracks.
I’m at my wits end, I’ve had these awful-looking painful splits in the corners of my mouth for more than three years My cracked mouth corners, which the medical profession calls Angular Cheilitis has literally taken over my life.
The deep splits that have become permanent raw, red, swollen sores at the angles of my mouth have ruined my life. They have been there so long, that the redness and swelling is spreading to the rest of my lip area.
People avoid me like the plague, no one wants to even look at me much less hold my hand, hug me, or God forbid, kiss me.
I choose to stay at home rather than face going out in public. I’ve tried everything that anyone recommended to clear this up.
Nothing has even touched it, but, today a friend recommended that I try a product that worked for her. How To Treat Angular Cheilitis, she said it worked overnight for her, so, out of desperation, I’m going to give that a whirl.
