If you are suffering from male pattern baldness or female pattern baldness I can assure you that you will not get 100% of your hair to grow again. The reason is because this type of baldness is caused by a build up of the metabolite DHT which occurs as the male hormone testosterone is metabolized. This build up stops the flow of blood to the hair follicle and it eventually withers away and dies. You can not bring the hair follicle back into existence and thus back into hair growing mode once it has withered away.
The only 100% method for getting hair growing on your bald spot is to have hair implants surgery. This transplantation method takes your own hair follicles and transplants them into the bald area. They will continue to grow for years afterward.
