Green Tutu

Most young women have some kind of tutu in their closet. A white tutu can be dyed into any color. Here are some ideas for your tutu.
Dye it pink and you can be Glenda the Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz. Add a cheap wand and some glitter for the full effect.
Make a green tutu for a Tinkerbelle costume (or fairy). A pair of lovely green tights, and homemade wings made with wire from hangers.
A black tutu will make a great ladybug or a fallen angel ballerina. Match a black pair of ballet shoes and a pair of black wings.
Dye it yellow and be a bee. A few black stripes on a t-shirt and you’re done!
Finally you can leave the tutu white and be a ballerina.
