Goodman HVAC: Review Of The Company’s History

Goodman has been manufacturing hvac equipment since 1975 and their products are everywhere. Heating and cooling systems reviews mark them as fairly high in the ranks, which is impressive considering that there are a lot of people that have Goodman machines, and people mostly only get online to put down reviews if they’re displeased. Goodman hvac review boards mark them as very high compared to most other companies.
Goodman started out as a company designed by Harold V Goodman. He started out as a successful hvac contractor in Texas and in 1975, he created Goodman Manufacturing Company LP. Originally, they created parts, such as plastic blade registers and flexible air duct parts. After they bought the manufacturing equipment from an hvac company that was going out of business, they began creating central air conditioning systems and heat pumps.
It’s apparently paid off well for the company. They are very popular, with people owning a lot of Goodman hvac systems across the country. They are currently owned by Hellman & Friedman, which bough them in 2007. They have bought and sold several major appliance and hvac sub companies over the past couple years, and they are very good at keeping current with the latest hvac technologies.
The reviews agree with the company website, which talks abut having high-quality air conditioning and heating services, good warranties and quality products at affordable prices. Goodman is a good company to go with if you need any sort of heating or cooling product. The biggest thing to keep in mind when you are installing Goodman equipment is that you need to get a good contractor. A good contractor can take even the worst piece of hvac equipment from the worst company out there and make it work. A bad contractor can take even the best a company has to offer and ruin it, just by installing it incorrectly.
