Glass blocks crafts are a way of using a glass block as a gift or ornament. The glass block comes predrilled with a hole to allows you to insert lights inside. The best kind of lights to use would be fiber optic or LED lights with low power that are battery operated.
The blocks can be any colored glass that you like and you may be able to find patterned or frosted glass as well. The whole ornament is finished off with a lovely ribbon bow tied around the gift box. These glass blocks craft boxes make unusual gifts for friends, relatives, teachers or possibly for selling at fetes or fairs. The color of the lights can be changed to reflect the season or to tone with the color of the glass block.
