Get To Know These 7 Steps And Change Your Life
Posted by GuestPoster in Personal Development
Are you trying to change your life and feel as though it is taking longer than you would like? Well your not alone. Many have experienced this, myself included. Here is a simple 7 step process to help on a daily basis.
1. Change What You Say
For long term results an easy way to change your life is to change the things you say. If you listen to yourself you will find some common phrases which are a reflection of your underlying beliefs. If you “pretty good”, “same old same old”, you probably don’t enjoy what your doing and are just going through the motions. So use some more positive phrases and see what happens.
2. Always Be Grateful
Though it says always I know I myself get distracted with how I want things to be rather than how good they are currently. Think about what good is in your life for the next week and you may find life isn’t as bad as you thought. Think about:
What experiences have taught you valuable lessons, or helped you have a tremendous paradigm shifting breakthrough.
The stuff in life you already have like a place to stay, bed to sleep in, etc.
The stuff your glad you don’t have in life like an addiction or addicted family member, parent, or spouse.
3. Bucket List Time
That right get out or make a list of things you wish to do and go do one right now, or within the week.
4. Your Best Day
Can be today, tomorrow and every day after if you will start each morning saying its the best. If its already afternoon, turn your day around and say its the best day you’ve ever gone through. Even if it isn’t tell yourself this and give thanks for the trials you just had, asking what the good lesson for you to learn is.
5. What Don’t You Think You Can Do
What things do you wish you were good at yet think you aren’t smart enough, good enough, or whatever to do? Pick one of these and start doing it regularly. If need be don’t tell anyone else for 90 days of actual practice. Learn all you can and just do it.
6. Fill Out Your Life Purpose
You may not understand why so heres an analogy: a person without purpose is like a ship without a rudder. Get a handle on who your true self is and that will help you make clearer choices on what you spend your time doing.
7. Days Are Never The Same
No matter what is going on you can be certain that tomorrow is not set in stone and could bring some amazing things your way.
