If you do a lot of home printing projects it is very important that you make sure that you have a top-quality photo paper to print your final card or invitation on. While it can be a lot of fun to come up with the different designs for things like calendars and greeting cards, the most important thing to make sure that the home publishing looks professional is to use a premium matte photo paper. Matte paper does a great job of balancing a semi gloss look that is great for photos with a texture and absorption that will also work well for items that will be touched.
