Have you gone through your weekly or monthly exercise to lose your body fat in order to gain muscle mass in your body? How was it done? Does the step you take fit to what you have expected to get after each session or does it become worse because you can’t attain all the things needed in the exercises?

These are the common queries of all who have tried to measure body fat if their body fat lessens after a week of exercising. However, when it comes to losing body fat, you have to consider first if you have attained your goal for that week or not. And the evaluation you are going to do should not be biased to both negative and positive side. The best way to lose weight or to burn body fat is to do a variety of opportunities which can make us overcome these problems. These are the exercise and the nutrition.  You have to eat the proper food and do the exercises of your own choice. Which of the two is best for you?

1.       Exercise Variety

If you chose to do the exercise, you to choose the things which are very essential to your weekly job to gain muscle quick. It could be in a way of increasing the number of exercise per week or change the type of exercise you are doing. For instance, in your cutting calories session, you can add the number of exercise per day if you miss to accomplish it in the previous days. Or you can alternate your exercise and double it in the second time if you have to. There is nothing wrong if you want to rest in that day, because it is also important to let our body regenerate on what it has done in previous days.

2.       Nutrition variety

The same thru with exercise variety, you can also alter your diet in order to let our body rest. You can do adding a lot of carbohydrates in your diet even if you are in the process of burning body fat to provide more energy in the body. However, after tolerating carb intake you have also to go back with your protein diet as soon as possible in order to balance the protein and carb diet.

These two are the key elements in learning the best way to gain muscle in our body. However, we have to consider the specific body type of the certain person if he is capable in either of the two which can make them healthier as they wish to be.
