As the economy has continued to struggle, people are getting fed up with paying high prices and watching their paychecks stay the same or shrink. Priorities are changing a bit. People still want to own nice things, but now they are getting more creative and more willing to look to non-traditional venues to find what they are looking for if it can save them a few dollars (or more).
Always one to keep my eye on bargains, trends and fashion, I’ve noticed more ladies looking for and purchasing cheap vintage dresses as a way to fight back against our somewhat depressing economy. I applaud these women who have refused to be held hostage by high prices. After all, who is actually going to know if you purchase a lightly used designer dress online and manage to save yourself a ton of cash in the process. They have found an easy way to make the most of the current economic situation and still keep themselves looking good.
