Finding a School Holiday Job for My Kids

My kids have been on holidays for two weeks, and are just about ready to go back to school. I’m just about ready to admit myself to a mental institution, because they have been literally driving me mad. I work from home, and although this is a benefit as far as child minding is concern, it certainly makes working a whole lot more difficult. I couldn’t stop working just because the school holidays were on, and as a result, I was trying to get my job done amidst arguing, Playstation, screaming, and constant demands for attention and food.

My oldest is 13 next year, and I have decided to start trying to find a way that she can earn a little money over the next school holidays. I started online, by doing a search on how to make money fast for kids, but I was totally swamped by scams, tricks and traps designed to suck me into spending a heap of money for a worthless pdf file. I think I’m just going to post something on the local notice board advertising someone available for odd jobs, child minding, lawn mowing and the like. She’s not going to get rich out of it, but hopefully it will get her out of my hair long enough for me to do my job.
