Love handels are usually a sign of been overweight, but some times you have lost most of your body fat and some weight, but the love handles still won’t bust. Don’t even think for a second that you can spot reduce. There is no way, you have to focus on getting rid of your overall body fat. When doing exercises for love handles you may be tempted to only do crunches. All of the crunches in the world will not eliminate your love handles. The only thing that you will end up doing is making yourself tired. Folks that do hundreds of crunches a day are only harming themselves. Get to work on the cardiovascular activity instead. 120 minutes of cardio a week is recommended for best results.
