English Bulldogs as Pets
Posted by GuestPoster in Pets Galore
If you are thinking about buying a new puppy, English bulldog puppies may be the way to go. They are very good guard dogs and they are also quite gentle with children. They do have a few problems though, they can be very domineering as adults, and also have a tendency to snore, and there are known to drool. They grow to a height of 14 to 15 inches tall and typically weigh between 50 and 55 pounds. These dogs are very protective over their family. The also need plenty of human attention, because they are very affectionate dogs. They can have some health problems including breathing issues and sometimes cysts can grow in between their toes. All in all these dogs make good pets, especially for those families that have young children.
