I write about martinis, and I also like to drink them. It is no secret, that my favorite martini is a dirty martini.
To make a dirty martini, you just need to add ice, vodka, vermouth, and a touch of olive brine, from your jar of olives, into your martini shaker. I love martinis, but unless, I’m on my second or third, the alcohol can be a little strong, so the addition of the olive juice, and some extra olives, tones it down enough, to be the perfect party beverage.
Using the brine from your olive jar,can leave your refrigerator,full of jars of dried up olives. And if you ever watch a bartender make one, at times it’s just down right unsanitary.
I recently found out about Dirty Sue Martini mix, and it is the answer to my dirty martini problems. It is a delicious bottled olive juice, specifically, for making the best dirty martinis around. Who knew? Dirty Sue is the perfect mix for dirty martinis.
