There are quite a few things that you need to consider when you are buying fine bone china. It is not as simple as finding the one that suits your home the best, or looks the most appealing to you. The first thing that you should check out is the durability of the china. You should ask the person who is selling it to you is how durable the material is. No matter how beautiful it is if you go to wash it or put it in your dishwasher and it breaks, then you have wasted a lot of your good money.Imagine if you by a fine bone china mug it breaks the minute you get it because you didn’t check the durability. Generally a lower durability means that you have bought a fake. You can distinguish imitation bone china from the real stuff but checking how translucent it is. Real bone china is much more translucent than fake.
