Buy Cheap Stock

When you don’t have much money to invest, you’ll be tempted to buy cheap stock instead of buying quality stock. Do your own research and don’t buy a stock based on a hot tip from a neighbor or friend. Only buy stocks that are over $12-$15 per share. These are the stocks that the big guys are buying. If you can identify them, you can ride their coat tails to extremely high returns. What type of stocks are they buying? Stocks that have high earnings, high sales and strong fundamentals. They are buying quality no matter how much it costs. You should do the same. The next time you catch yourself looking at buying cheap stocks, do yourself a favor and pass on the opportunity. More than likely, you’ll be glad you did.
