Their next example is the Whalen television stand. Just as the name sounds, it can also display a large television up to 65″. However, it is a very beautiful piece to place your plasma TV on. It is made of solid wood stained a dark brown color. The top has tinted glass to add a more modern look. There are two shelved storage cabinets on each side with glass doors to hold all your media and gaming equipment. There is a center drawer, and a shelf above. It is truly a beautiful piece, and is priced at $569. A bit more expensive than others but when you think about the high quality pieces you are getting its hard to deny its value. The wooden TV stands are great for storage and also for giving you that traditional look in your home. They tend to be higher priced but that is because of the quality craftsmanship involved in making them.
