Ideally, you should have some sort of sleeve for your notebook that can offer minor protection from dings and debris, as well as a carrying case for longer halls. Many backpacks and messenger bags feature storage spaces for your notebooks, and there are specialty briefcases and bags for carrying notebooks and accessories. Either way, a few notebook accessories will help make its use more enjoyable.
