A Few Tips On How To Approach Women

If there’s one question that is on every guy’s mind which has no easy answer, that would easily be the question of how to approach women. However, approaching women is not really as difficult as many men believe. Every woman is different and thus must be approached in a different manner, but there are some guidelines that work with most women. Following are some tips on how to attract women and start a conversation with them so the encounter will go more smoothly.
Be yourself. Sounds simple, yet many men make up stories about themselves, their profession, education and the like and this tactic often backfires later. Worst case scenario, they forget a detail and get caught in a lie that they can not easily explain. This is not going to win any points with a woman.
Be sincere. Again, sounds simple enough, yet many men find this challenging when faced with a woman who has red eyes from crying and her hair is a total mess. Telling her she looks beautiful may be received as an insincere compliment and “a line” that falls flat. Instead, give compliments that are genuine or start the conversation with a general, non-volatile question or tell a brief personal story. Sometimes making a short comment will encourage her to open the conversation. Do not monopolize the conversation; if she is at all interested in a conversation she will follow your lead. Allowing her to engage in equal talking will help present you as interesting and interested in what she has to say.
The most important tip of all is balance. This can be tricky. Do not be a doormat, but at the same time, be courteous and nice; direct but not pushy. Show interest, but keep a little bit of mysterious about yourself. Be aware of body language. Is she rolling her eyes, crossing her legs away from you, folding her arms across her chest; these are signs to back away. A gentle touch on your arm or a toss of her hair probably indicates interest.
Try to stay calm and relaxed. Follow these suggestions of how to approach women and you should have no problem talking with a woman.
