When potential buyers view you home, the fact that there is a central vacuum system installed will definitely make your home more appealing than a home that does not have any central vac system. In addition to this, it is known that the installation of a C.V.S. can lead to a higher offer on your home. This is because not only are the potential purchasers getting a central vacuum system, but they do not have the hassle of having their new home disrupted if they had to install a C.V.S. themselves.
The only problem that you need to look out for, is that when you do sell your home with your central vacuum cleaner, you will want to be sure that the next house you purchase has a central vacuum system fitted also.
